John and Apparent have been excellent thought the whole rental of our property. At our first meeting John talked us through the best approach for our property, had a good feel for the local market and was keen to push for the best rental deal for us rather than just an easy rental for him. Professional pictures made the best of the property and reflected his commitment to get us a good rental return. During the viewing process John was backed up by an excellent team who kept us well informed of the appointments and provided good feedback.
He could have been more robust on the negotiations and we felt that he was more of a conduit for the process rather than our representative. Having said that we achieved the outcome we were after both in terms of price and tenant profile.
As first time landlords the Apparent team have guided us through the whole process and have been very open about the best way to do things to keep the costs low and meet all the various obligations. The property management team have been really excellent so far - very well organised, responsive and clear with their communication.
