Philip (together with Alexandra) worked brilliantly to secure exactly the outcome I needed from this new property. First, I was happy with the deal negotiated. Then they were extremely pro-active finding suitable tenants, creating a competitive dynamic between prospective tenants and giving me all the information I needed to make the final decision. Finally they were supportive with all the ancillary requirements, like the gas safety, cleaning, inventory and all that stuff. Great service. I will use them again.
