The whole team at Prospect are very proactive and responsive. They are quick, knowledgeable and will guide you through the whole process, ensuring that everyone in the chain are moved through as soon as can be expected and is possible.
We sold and bought our house through Prospect and it took just over 2 and half months to complete from offer of both properties. There were a total of 4 parties (including ourselves) in the chain. From putting our house on the market it took just over 2 weeks for an offer to be made. Jon did indicate this at the beginning and his knowledge of the market was spot on.
Lianne was especially great at dealing and negotiating the various date changes that we had within our chain.
Tom Lester, the mortgage advisor that Prospect recommended also gave us a better deal than what we could find ourselves through the internet. At first I thought that he couldn't possibly beat the deals we found but he did. So please give him a quick chat as you have nothing to loose.
Prospect were able to offer great solutions to some of the issues that we encountered along the way. For example, I could not find a removals company to deal with our very quick turnaround as they were all booked up, Lianne was able to recommend a local one for us that had a slot still that we used.
A lot of people find buying and purchasing a home very stressful and I can honestly say that it wasn't for us due mainly to the professionalism that the Prospect demonstrated.

We came up with a fee policy ourselves which was built around a minimum and increased to a maximum, which Jon agreed to, so we were very happy with this arrangement as it was flexible
