The whole experience has been a nightmare? The staff never return calls, have a low regard for tenants and seldom carry out what was promised. They also mark you as a problem as soon as you ask to get things resolved. Will move agent as soon as current tenant vacates and our new property will not be with Countrywide. We are trying to provide tenants with a professional service, but Countrywide let that down. Do not use!
