I've let my apartment from SG in Manchester for the last 5.5 years, and service I have had from the business has been great. yeah, you know what, they struggled to get a contractor out for my boiler in between Christmas and New Year - but you find me an agent that wouldn't.
All in all, everything has been sorted out timely, things have been fixed if they have gone wrong, and anything highlighted has been rectified.
I'd recommend them!
