Managing of my property has been done in a worst manner possible. Charged me end every months rather than paying me. At end of tenancy my house was returned to me as an inhabitable place that needed a lot of work.
In spite of lots of complain through email to head of department, I achieve nothing but waste of my time.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Rather than destroying property, they should have regular visit and as soon as they find out that tenants are not looking after the house as they should do, let me know.
