Both Leigh and Adele's attitude to the purchase of our new house was professional yet personal. Adele understood our brief completely and patiently took us around each viewing. With each ¢â‚¬Å“yes we like it, but¢â‚¬Â¦¢â‚¬Â¦¢â‚¬Â Lawler & Co persevered to find us the right property.
With their knowledge of the local area and the understanding of our brief Adele even suggested a property we had previously dismissed as outside of our search area, but fulfilled our requirement, spotting a potential we had not seen.
Their handling of the sale and subsequent questions prior to exchange of contract was exemplary, ensuring any questions we had as purchasers were followed through and resolved.
IF we were to sell the house we have just bought I'd have no hesitation to go back to Lawler & Co for a first class service and to achieve a reasonable selling price.
