Initial dealings with agents in the area were very relaxed and tended to be wasted journeys to view properties that were already ear marked for other customers. We were never told that there was already an offer on the property etc
Maitlands was then refreshing and actively persisted on our behalf to find us a forever home. They kept us fully up to date with lots of properties and showed that they had the time for us which was not afforded to us by other agents (opposite)
A relaxed and pleasurable experience, would highly recommend, especially Claire.

The fees are a little more expensive than offer local agents, we would have liked to have the percentage phased based on the property sale price. However, we do admit that had we chosen another agent we are unlikely to have received the same level of service. Given the choice we would not change to another agent to save a few hundred pounds.
