I have now used this company several times to advertise the property details and pass on the leads to ourselves which has resulted in us having let the properties very quickly, I have found them to be very efficient and polite and very helpfull at all times, the fee charged for this service is very reasonable and I would recommend them to any other landlords

What agent could do to change your mind?
-Reword contracts -Reduce fees -DO NOT demand professional carpet cleaning if this was not done when moving in -Do some effort in the tenants favour -Show fees with VAT!!!! -Do not lie about properties just to get the tenants to sign the contract
