We would definitely recommend using Bacon and Co to sell a property. Dave Daniels dealt with our sale and he did a brilliant job from start to finish. We really feel that he went the extra mile with us including always being approachable, never complaining about all the emails we kept sending him, taking the initiative on matters whilst we were on holiday but above all negotiating with and managing our Purchaser in a really professional manner and ultimately getting us the sale we wanted! We think another estate agent would not have achieved the same price for us and we will definitely use Dave Daniels for any future sale! Would highly recommend!!
