I have never come across such unlawful, inconsistent, rude, untrustworthy, unreliable members of a business. They conduct their business through perpetual justifications of breaches of contract and do not have any respect for the legalities of the tenancy agreements within which they operate.
Do not EVER do business with these people. I am having to consult lawyers and under unrelenting stress from these con artists who seek to rent properties that are break a myriad of tenancy- landlord and management laws.

Thanks Alex for your unkind words, perhaps a well constructed and worded email to myself may have been more appropriate and useful but you clearly wanted to have a rant.
Before going to the ombudsman you have to comply with the company complaints procedure which will involve you having to construct a sensible email without calling us "cretins" and "lazy"

Thanks for the review, here is a few points you conveniently left out of your review:
1. You failed to replace the mattress as agreed at the start of the tenancy and Jesse had to run around trying to help you out
2. All bills aren't paid, the communal heating and hot water bill is still outstanding (not your fault) but we have to hold funds back
