I have put rotherham moorgate as I actually deal with Bawtry Road, why am I not surprised that you haven't got this on your site? Another show of incompetence
I have been dealing with the branch manager who informed me on the 14th that monies from my tennant had been located and sent to accts (see below )
. The tenant has sent through a copy of his receipt for rent which he paid in yesterday. I have sent this over to Accounts and asked them to allocate and send to you as soon as possible.
17th I sent an email as they obviously very busy to check it had been processed
This still hasn't cleared Into my account
Can you check when it will please

This is getting a little ridiculous now can you let me know what the procedures are for moving to another agency as a bacs transfer takes two hours and this has now been five days and I do not seem to be getting any service that I pay for

Unfortunately this delay has been caused by the tenant failing to pay by Standing Order and not using the correct assigned reference for his rental payments. Countrywide process thousands of payments each day and so when the tenant doesn't use their reference this causes real problems in locating and allocating the money. This is what has happened here.
Accounts have confirmed that the query has been sent as Urgent and that you should receive this within 3-5 working days. I appreciate your frustration at this delay.

I appreciate your email however for funds to take this long is unacceptable and I strongly recommend that this payment is processed via bacs payment as you had to do a couple of months ago and therefore it is in my account by at least Friday

I can confirm that this payment was sent to you via BACS yesterday which should be with you in 3-5 working days.

I am so frustrated that not only I haven't received any funds that were supposed to be dealt with on the 14th but that not once has anyone called??? Just hiding behind email
Don't suppose anyone will even look at this ?!
