From day one their advice and help was second to none,having previously having the property with another agent. our first viewing was excellent to the point where our property was purchased by that first viewer. We cannot thank them enough. All fees were explained on our first contact with them, and all other procedures following our buyer were explained in every detail. We cannot fault there expertise and help fulness, they would be our first contact for any friends about to go on the property ladder. Another thank you to them all.

Thank You for your feedback above, I would like to say that within the time this house was on the market with Fulfords regular updates were provided by the team including visits to the property myself to retake photos and to discuss ways to try to generate more interest. The property was of course matched and emailed to many prospective purchasers with follow up calls to try and book viewings, sadly no one booked a viewing on this property.
