What an excellent, friendly, professional service from everyone at Reeds Rains Halifax. Matthew Berry handled the initial stages of making the offer and then Dan Burbridge ran with the process through to completion. Both these people were very knowledgeable, unfailingly patient and reliable and made the whole experience as problem free as possible.
We also decided to use the Reeds Rains mortgage advice service to handle our quite complex situation with 2 new mortgages, including a new let-to-buy mortgage on our existing house. Sal Shahid handled this superbly and worked extremely hard to manage both lenders, one of which was not easy to deal with, right through to completion. A top service all round.

Hugely extortionate and not justified, lots of hidden costs and charges to not reflect the quality of the service provided. By the property management's inefficiency it has cost us a huge amount of money, which I hold proof of.
