Andrews Letting and, particularly the agent assisting me, have been very helpful and very understanding with my needs and my position. The property was being marketed by other agencies as well and when I made my original offer, although my profile met the expectations of the landlord, the offered rent was slightly below expectations. Andrews Letting were eager to help me securing the property and forgo some of their fees to aid me in matching the price the landlord wanted. This was something I've never come across before and their approach has been very honest, friendly and made me feel that my needs were being truly cared for. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a humane and customer friendly deal.

The agent was business smart and also understanding with my situation. They forgo part of agent fees in order to aid me in raising some added capital and hence securing a flat which I could have otherwise lost given my original offer to the landlord.

The agency fees are completive compare to other agencies particularly when you spent all your money for rent/deposit at your first month of renting, however in long term it might be more expensive compare to others as some agencies have just one off fee not every year.
