Nici Gallagher sold my property after it had been on the market for over a year with KnightFrank, in just under two years. Knight Frank managed to find only two possible buyers in the first year the property was on the market, which was disappointing. I appointed Fine&Country to sell for me. The F&C agent who took the details of the sale moved quickly to another of your Branches, and Nici took up the reigns. She quickly arranged for a new brochure and circulated her advertising, which resulted in a steady flow of possible buyers. The property required quite allot of work to be undertaken to make it habitable for a modern family. All through this process Nici kept in touch, and prepared for each interested buyer. Eventually we found the right guy, who was prepared to do the improvements required, ending in a sale just before Xmas 2014.
Nici offered to help me find a new home. However, I unfortunately had a spell in hospital, and when I was strong enough to go house hunting, I found by chance, on the internet, what I was looking for, to rent.
Nici must be a fine asset to F&C, and I wish her well in the future. I also thank her for conducting the sale carefully and painlessly.
