We had a problem with a boiler in our flat. We asked for quotes then chose not to go with them then found someone else to do the work. Not before we asked Charlotte to investigate different types of boiler. It took us a while to get it all sorted and we were backwards and forwards to Charlotte. I imagine she may have felt a bit fed up with us but she always sounded phrased to hear from me and was polite patient and efficient. So good are her customer care skills that I wrote to her boss Nikki and heard from Paul Gillespie thanking me for taking the time to write a compliment about her. What a great agency to have my flat managed by. Thank you again Charlotte.

Will be nice to get 10% (including VAT) which I suggested a few times and which the competitor were offering. Should be something Gibbs should consider especially with higher lets and place "icing on the cake" for long term relationships.

The only thing I was but happy with was as a professional I was asked to give a deposit of over ƒâ€š‚£5000 before I could step into the property . It was very stressful to get that sort of money at a short period . That's the only thing that would stop me from renting again from this company . I was told I had to be earning ƒâ€š‚£30000pa to have a low deposit .

The fees are quite steep if you take into account the monthly rental fees as well. For a family on an average income, it's very challenging to move to London from outside the UK, given current exchange rates.
