In all the contact I had with Dave Daniels he has been professional, fair and straight forward.
Although the buy turned out to be much more complicated than first thought, he has been the one person to keep the sale on track and I know if he had not been so focused the sale would have collapsed.
He liased with all involved during the sale, kept everyone focused and drove the sale forward and kept me informed throughout. He always took or returned my calls promptly and made a frustrating process much more bearable.
The sale would not have gone through without all his hard work and I cant thank him enough.
