if anyone would like to ask my opinion I will tell them how unprofessional they are and what they caused me! Landlord went into the flat which had still my things, packed and ready to be collected as my tenancy was paid for the next week and so my contract was. He got rid off my belongings putting them on the street!!!! belongings worth few thousands pounds!!! things I will never got back, like personal belongings of my late husband, toys he bought for our daughter. That was only because they must have informed him he can go there, no one else even knew that I'm out of the flat and that my belongings are there. Now I'm struggling with getting back my deposit, and despite contacting again TDS team and being informed by them that I should be given it, I'm not. They found new excuses every time. NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! while they were coming with people to show around during viewing they were using the keys and not waiting for anyone to open door! shameful!

I had to pay for a guarantor even though I had few thousands pounds savings, so they just want to take more money looking for pathetic excuses.

Dont know what property this was but where a property is professionally cleaned (check inventories or copies of receipts as proof) at the start of a tenancy, Tenants are asked to leave it in the same condition. We dont demand that tenants use one of our recommended cleaners but they are recommend for a reason. There are a lot of unreliable cleaning companies out there that don't do a good job and don't come back if cleaning is deemed unsatisfactory; leaving Tenants worse off as they then have t ...
