I have only positive things to say about LIFE Residential, and especially the service I received from JosƒÂ© when renting my apartment. Knowing the many problems often encountered when dealing with London property agents, my experience with LIFE has been exceptionally good from start to end.

I had to find an apartment to rent in London while staying in another country at the time myself. This made the property search generally very challenging as I could not go to viewings and actually see the flats or talk to agents in person. JosƒÂ©, however, understood my situation and provided such good help and information that I was eventually able to make a decision to sign a contract and rent a place having only seen photos at the time. This was only possible because the service that I had received so far made it clear that LIFE as a firm can definitely be trusted. The company was also very helpful in clearly defining all contract terms and explaining everything I needed to know, and JosƒÂ© always answered my emails very fast (even during weekends).

When I returned to London and actually got the keys apartment, I was not disappointed: the apartment was exactly as shown on the photos and as described by JosƒÂ©, who was also very flexible in arranging the move-in at the specific time that I requested. After moving in, JosƒÂ© has even made sure to check with me that everything is OK and as I expected. Additionally, Sam Loader, LIFE's Property Manager, has also proved to provide first class service, making sure that I have everything I need.

Reliable, flexible, friendly, fast, and overall excellent service. I can definitely recommend LIFE Residential and especially JosƒÂ© Ferreira-Jorge to anyone renting a flat in London.
