In Dec 2011 I was looking for a 1-bed apartment in East London via Benjamin Caine. Danny Ryan was the member of staff from the letting team and after showing me one flat on the market, he asked me to place 500 pounds "refundable" deposit to "secure the offer"! It was my stupid mistake to have actually paid the deposit to Danny Ryan. Unfortunately the flat was gone despite my deposit. As you can imagine, after calling/emailing him or the company hundreds of times, they still haven't paid back my deposit. Their London office seems to have closed down. I hope Danny Ryan and people like him will eventually pay dearly for their bad behaviour.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They have been owing ‚£500 to me for more than 3 years - when do they plan to pay me back?
