I have been with Northwood over a year now & have recently moved my other properties for Matthew to manage, his level of communication is impeccable regularly keeping me informed & the standard of service Northwood provide is excellent. I have finally found an agent that I can trust.
Comment on agent fees
Extremely competitive in fact lower than most in Cambridge but as they explained they will not compromise their standards, which I found to be true. All in all a great price for a great service.

Matt was happy to fully price two different levels of service, and gave good advice on which service might suit me and my property. He then ensured I understood all of the fee structure, and was happy with it. I consider the service excellent value.
