Disappointed is an understatement. We have never lived in a place that has been so poorly managed before, its making us unhappy with living in such a beautiful area.
We bought our property over a year ago now but have only just moved in as we had damp and all of the walls went back to bare brickwork. After a lot of hard work we have made the flat look beautiful but since buying it we have had issues with leaks.
We have emails back from the 6th of May saying that we will try and hold off with putting the kitchen in until the skylight work is carried out. It is now the 10th October our new kitchen has had to go in but there has been no work carried out as yet to the skylight. I don't think that this is acceptable. ** UPDATE Kitchen is now sorted at the date of Tuesday 11th November **
Some of the issues that we have had include, blown glass that was leaking in living room skylight. (They have now put some lead over the top of the leaking parts until the new glass panels go in¢â‚¬Â¦ we are still awaiting months after we got told that the glass is being manufactured.) The leaking water has dripped through onto the oak flooring and stained.
Kitchen skylight that was leaking as it was a very poorly made flat piece of Georgian wire cover on top of rotted wood (With woodworm). This has now been changed but we are still waiting for the inside to be fixed where the damage has happened.
We still have a leak coming into and down the now fully finished bathroom wall that was made aware of while it was empty. This has now stained the new tiles on the wall with all of the recent rain that we have had.
We have also had no TV signal. Someone was sent out to look at the issue. We have a poor/weak signal that needs a new arial (Signal so weak that you can not pick up any channels on a scan). Because its communal we can not do this and 2 weeks later after phoning JR, another company was sent out and told us the same thing and that they need access to the top flats to gain access to the roof. I don't think that this is acceptable as we are still paying our TV licence and can not watch live TV. So we are now waiting for 2 different companies to gain access to the roof before they can look at the issue for us. Being told ¢â‚¬Å“there's nothing good on tele anyway¢â‚¬Â isn't really doing them any favours either. **TV arial installed - Guys that they use are really nice and were very professional**
One of the worst customer experiences I've ever dealt with but sadly to say it looks like we are stuck with them. They are very happy to send you their rent demands on time though.

hung up on me after being on hold for him for 8 mins¢â‚¬Â¦. told that he is too busy for me and that I needed to speak to Denise.
It's over 6 months now and I've given them plenty of time to make things right. Only fair for me to now express my views.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They could care more about the property that they're managing and the residents who are their customers.
