Outlook was the third agency I had consulted about letting my property and they were by far the most proactive, professional and enthusiastic. I was also impressed that the company was well established in the area and seemed to have a good track record. I called into their office and was met by Lee and his manager who were both very friendly, personable and positive. They immediately had time to discuss my proposition and straight away I felt comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing and that they would be able to let my property quickly. This was good as I was on a tight schedule and living abroad made it even more important to find the right people. Despite the fact that refurbishment was still taking place, Lee and his manager visited the property, gave me their estimated valuation and started marketing. Within 2 weeks and before the property was even fully ready, they had a tenant. Throughout I found them easy to deal with, responsive and realistic and I was comforted by the fact that they were demonstrably going through the right procedures. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
