We used manning stainton in Wortley for buying our first house and the service we received was absolutely excellent. Buying your first house is an over-whelming & daunting experience and we felt the members of staff totally appreciated this and made sure every step was explained to us in detail. Nicola rang me every week with an update on the sale and did a lot more for us than she needed to. We were having some trouble with our solicitor and had a short amount of time to get the contracts exchanged before the sellers were leaving the country for a month and Nicola (and Sheryl when Nicola was off) took this on as their own problem and did everything they could to help us, including calling him themselves and sorted it all out so that we got the contracts exchanged & the keys on time. I felt like I could call them any time about anything and they were always more than happy to help and I always received excellent service.
I would also like to take this opportunity to mention Hayley Janes who we got our mortgage through. After spending a year saving a 10% deposit we were turned down by Yorkshire Building Society for not having enough credit history, Manning Stainton recommended I come and discuss it with Hayley and (after many tears) we did who made us feel so comfortable and better about the whole situation and we had a mortgage offer within the same day.
Overall, very happy! I would (and already have) recommend Manning Stainton, Wortlety to everyone.
