The sale of this property as a buy to let, has been undertaken within a period of three months and one week; this was very good in our experience. Throughout this process we were guided by one of the office team, Sue Wood, who helped enormously. Firstly, she was able to advise on several matters during the early negotiation with the buyers and that helped to secure a fair price. Secondly, she kept us in touch with what was happening on a weekly basis and this allowed us to respond speedily and move the sale along at a good pace. This was particularly useful given that we do not live in the area. Overall, we consider this to amount to excellent service so well done the Macclesfield office and especially Sue for helping us achieve a successful sale.
