I first met John Powell who put me totally at ease when deciding if selling my home was the right decision for myself and my son. He gave me time and patience, he didn't pressurise me at any time. Once I decided to go ahead with the sale he was brilliant. My home had an offer within a day. He talked me through everything thoroughly so I understood. Then I met Karen Smith when she showed me round a property to buy. She took on board everything I said and wanted. Karen got to know myself and my son who has certain needs that we needed to make sure were met when purchasing a property and she was fantastic with this. She not only helped us with the things you expect from an estate agent but also was their when I got worried or just needed a friend. Selling and buying a home is always stressful, however when a problem occurred Karen and Matt did everything they could to help me sort the problem very quickly even though it isn't part of their job.
Myself and my son can not thank everyone at Nicol & co enough for what they have done for us. We are so Happy in our new home.
I highly recommend Nicol & co for selling or buying.

We experienced similar problems with Nicol&Co. Very reluctant to attend to repairs and very defensive when challenged on unacceptable actions. They try to defend the indefensible. Very poor. ...
