As first time buyers, we we extremely nervous about applying for our first mortgage. Dave, Caroline and Claire were wonderful and very welcoming and professional. Dave very clearly explained everything in plain english on the mortgage side and the step by step process of buying a property. Dave also helped us with reviewing our protection which we thought would be problematic due to type of employment, however it was very smooth and we were impressed with the outcome :) We felt we were very well looked after by the team and will definitely be in touch again when we need to review our mortgage and protection needs. We feel that Dave and the team are outstanding and will recommend them to friends and family.
