A complete ignorance to checking that all problems with the property were taken care of before moving in i.e furniture put together with duck tape, once notified of the problems they completely disregarded them and in a round about manner said its not our problem no more.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more helpful.

Dear Joshua

Thank you for your feedback. I am disappointed with this as the first point we were aware of any issues with the property was after we requested your review (a month from when you moved in). We made you aware that we weren't managing the property and to speak with your landlord of which you hadn't done yet. This landlord is usually very proactive in remedying any issues that his tenants have so I'd be surprised if they weren't resolved (once he was aware)

I'm sorry you don't feel we were helpful however in this instance there wasn't much more we could do as of last night.

When you moved in, we negotiated the rent you wanted, made sure the flat was professionally cleaned (you or your flatmates even saw them there the day you moved in finishing off) and ensured everything was in place.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
