General poor service from start to finish. Did not return calls when connected them but then hounded me when they had a question of me. Very slow service. Conflicting stories and pieces of information depending which member of staff spoke to. Did not get back to you when promised. Still out of pocket re deposit 2 months after tenancy finished. I have had to initiate all the process to get that back. Repairs were not carried out and property was left in a dangerous state resulting in me getting ill. All seemed to be on the side of the landlord and all they were interested in was getting money out of me.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing. There was no attempt to improve service when I voiced my unhappiness so therefore conclude they simply did not care. Therefore nothing would win back my custom now.Attached Filesnbsp;
