Tracey gave me a high valuation for my house - more than other agents in the area and this figure was nearly achieved so I was very pleased. The team dealing with my sale visited my house so I felt they were fully involved, and Lyn and Clair were very active in chasing up by phone with agents and solicitors and finding out about problems in the chain of buyers, and feeding this info back to me. This was reassuring and I felt supported at a stressful time. Finally the sale has gone through, so grateful thanks to all the team.
