I use Central Estate Agents in Walthamstow as letting agents and consider that they have provided me with an excellent service. Why do I say this? Firstly the office is extremely professionally run and well staffed at all times. So far I have experienced no staff changeover at all therefore have been able to build a relationship with the staff. I find this very helpful. They each have their own clearly defined areas of responsibility so I can go straight to the relevant person for whatever my query may be - none of this business of just being passed hopelessly around an office staffed largely by people just temping. E-mails have likewise always been responded to in a timely and friendly manner. Secondly, and crucially, Central have found me really good and professional tenants. Their selection process seems rigorous and if they don't get the right tenant the first time they do viewings they wait until they do. This plainly obviates potential problems further down the line. On the basis of my personal experience as a landlady, therefore, I would recommend them as letting agents and say that they fully deserve the endorsement of 'Guild of Professional Agents' which they received earlier this year.
