I can not say just how grateful I am to Jonathan and Christopher at the belper branch whilst going threw the motions of finding a new home and helping me become the new tennent at walcote close. Nothing was to much trouble , the communication between us was fantastic and both was very helpful , id like to say a great big thankyou to both for making my move an easy one and both was a pleasure to talk to at all times .x
Comment on agent fees
For all the work thats involved regarding renting a property that burchell Edward has to do , I think that the fees are very reasonable as it requires a lot of phonecalls , emails and communication between the landlord ,the office and the potential tennent.

I recognise that good jobs need to be paid for. I believe that set up fees are fair but once you are a client of the head office you get a number of repeat charges for every client as well as paying commission every month. The one that irritates me is the charge levied for continuing a tenancy agreement as this is effectively an e mail to all parties which is identical to the set up agreement. Head office is a little greedy but Belper office worth every penny.
