Very pleased with the way our house purchase was dealt with. The estate agent was proactive and followed up on their promises (e.g. returning calls, contacting people they said they would and reporting back the outcome). They made good recommendations of a solicitor (and we would definitely use the company they recommended again). They were helpful in ushering along the purchase when there were delays and generally very professional in their approach. The experience with Jan Forster as a buyer has convinced me I would be very likely to choose them to sell a property as and when the time comes.
