I was one of their long-term tenants and during the period of my tenancy, I found Evenmore Properties to be a very professional and easy agent to deal with. The staff are friendly and helpful and any issues arising were always dealt with promptly and satisfactorily (for example, during my time in their property, Evenmore Properties replaced a fridge and washing machine with brand new items the same day I reported the fault to them).

I would not hesitate to recommend Evenmore Properties to anyone.

Having reviewed all email correspondence during this tenancy I cannot find any reason for such a negative review. We gave correct notice for all visits to the property, recommended cleaners to you when asked and assisted you in returning a parcel you ahd delivered to the property after you had vacted. I understand you were digrunted at some of the deposit deductions at the end of the tenancy but it was explained at the time that the deductions were at the request of your landlord. The inspection took place after the date that masks were not required and upon arrival the agents asked if the tenant present minded if masks were not worn, the tenant said it was fine. The house was in a very poor condition and had a strong odour. No cupboards were opened and the agents conducted their inspection impartially, later sending the inspection report to the tenant by email. The repair being referred to was a garage roof. The leak was minor, causing staining but no other damage. The roofer had to prioritize more urgent works as as it was during a spell of bad weather. Communication with the tenant was polite and professional throughout and the leak was resolved. ...

Its regrettable that you felt the need to post this review. My team advised me that they had a lot of difficulty contacting you and on reviewing the call record I can see that they did try on various occasions regarding feedback and particularly on completion day. Unfortunately, if a landlord cannot obtain a reference due to change of circumstances, we have no control, ultimately it is the landlords choice if they wish to continue a tenancy. I believe the main reason for your complaint is regarding your notice period, albeit you have not made this clear in your review. All tenancies must serve notice as per the contract and this must be done in writing as per the terms of your signed agreement. To assume you had served notice on the strength of a phone ...

Inspections are part of the service we offer to your landlord and they are detailed in your tenancy agreement (you would have reviewed all terms prior to signing), as well as a duty of care to you we also have one to the landlord. Not been such a group of corporate dicks, not charged us for unreasonable things, left us alone during stressful exam periods, replaced the exploding microwave, etc.
