Tom & the team at Woodlands took over the rental & full management of my property over 3 yrs age, after I had a very bad experience with another estate agent based in Redhill. All my dealings with Woodlands have been extremely positive and I would 100% recommend anyone looking to rent a property out choose this team.

If there is anything that needs repairing the lettings team always let me know as soon as they have investigated, so that I am fully aware of what has happened and the options for resolution. The 3rd parties they use for things such as plumbing, repairing roof tiles, handyman work and painting are all great and reasonably priced - I have never had any cause to complain about work carried out.

I find the lettings team very pleasant to deal with and very responsive to any query I have.

On top of all this, they have always managed to find me good tenants quickly after a tenant hands in notice.

After a really bad experience where I had over a year of problem after problem with another estate agency, putting my property with Woodlands has been such a relief and I have not worried about it for the last few years. Which is exactly what you want from the team looking after one of your most expensive possessions.
