In my opinion, the most appalling "property management" service that I have ever come across. Appalling service, called through because of a water damage/ flooding emergency and was shouted at and verbally abused by the man answering the phone and told to "get off the line". I was reporting an issue which could have affected the whole building that Astberrys are supposedly "managing".
In my opinion, don't go anywhere near this company, most unprofessional service and attitude that I have ever come across. If you are the owner of a property and considering using them I would steer well clear of them.

I would not recommend Astberrys at all! During my tenancy I had several issues with them and I was treated badly with no respect and with absolutely no desire from any of the letting agents to actually help me with my queries.

I was treated badly several times from the agent and she showed no interest of finding a solution to my problems during the tenancy. Her attitude was highly unprofessional and she even made remarks based on cultural differences.Attached Filesnbsp;
