Within days of acquiring a flat in Margate and handing over responsibility for its management to Parkland the pipe-work sprang a large leak. This caused damage not only to my flat but also to other (commercial) properties below.
Parkland, and Sue in particular, were extremely responsive and have sorted out not only this problem but also the several subsequent issues that have arisen. Parkland's promptness in sending updates is very helpful and their advice invaluable. All of this is very reassuring to someone like me who doesn't live locally and who can't manage their property directly.
