Having originally purchased my property through Manning's, some 10 years ago, I had no hesitation in approaching them with regards to marketing my property again.
From the initial branch contact, through valuation and marketing, the level of support and customer service received were excellent. Phone calls always answered promptly, messages replied to with no delay, clear feedback and channels of communication were always available. All staff we dealt with were courteous, polite and efficent; a shining example of how to look after clients, something noticeably lacking with some other agencies we viewed properties through.
Following the sale, we were passed into the very capable hands of Debbie, whose tenacity and patience in seeing matters to completion are truly unique; having had a purchase fall through, my wife and I would have totally 'gone postal' had it not been for the support Debbie provided. Happily, we found another property and are due to move in a few days!
We cannot recommend the services provided by Manning's highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending and using them in the future.
