Terrible letting agent.
1) Never received any notifications or updates regarding the let when i was applying
2) Threatened my partner and i quote "you will be left without a roof over your head"
3) No time to read the contract (they were too busy to release it before the date i was supposed to move in.
4) House was dirty
5) Complained about the condition stating 37 points
6) Received a response stating that they would send someone to cut the grass (what about the other 36 points)
7) Never received an updated condition list
8) No Gas safety certificate supplied but they asked me to sign to say i had received it (i refused)
9) Forgot to arrange the gas safety check and gave me less that 16 hours notice
and all that is just for starters.
The fight continues.

To expensive. Roll on the legal changes when agents have to charge landlords rather than rip off tennents
