Ryan contacted me about letting my flat via Beresfords. I was very impressed with his enthusiastic, professional manner and the offer that Beresfords put to me. Within 24 hours he had approximately 10 prospective tenants shown round my flat with a few making offers on that very night. 3 days later my new tenant moved in. I thought he did an excellent job.
I will be using Beresfords in the future after the excellent handling of my flat at every level. I have never encountered this kind of service from an estate agents. Thanks Ryan.

I clearly stated that I would like to be contacted via e-mails so did not understand why the agent attempted to call me at all. Even if that wasn't stated, I would still expect an e-mail follow up or when the agent plans to call, they normally double check the contact details.
