To put it simply, it was the personal touch that made the difference.

Through really understanding what we were looking for, and Zoe in particular for thinking of us first when a new opportunity came on the market, we were able to buy the house we really wanted. The whole Hatfield team made us feel very special through the whole process; Linda was highly efficient dealing with all the vendor liaison and Charlie for keeping us well informed and actioning my requests quickly. I felt I was always kept in control of the situation and always knew what was going on, exactly what you need when dealing with such a big change.

Through their care and consideration, Country Properties Hatfield have in fact made a big difference in our lives. I couldn't be happier with their service.
