I was trying to rent a flat through this agency as well. As all other people mention: once the money of the holding deposit is in, there is no more attention - no returning calls, no emails, your agent is always "out on viewings", none of your requests are fulfilled - not small ones, nor big. Flat was not ready by the moving in date, none of my conditions were satisfied. Am now fighting to get my holding deposit back and will never ever deal with them again!
What agent could do to change your mind?
return my calls (promptly would be nice, but let's start with at least returning them at all!), answer my emails, represent my interest - prerare all docs and flat in time!

total amount of fees comes to 500 pounds on top of your monthly rent and deposit. And for that amount of money they do not do a thing for you and the flat is still not ready in time!

Their fees are failry typical for high street estate agents and at the start of the process, the fees seem a lot, but by the end, with hind sight they are more than worth it and we wouldn't do it differently.
