Jack is no longer with the team at CSJ so I am unable to follow up a complaint of this nature.
I am however aware of this sale and feel your review to be un justified with regards to the title issue and that you were lied to
Our client was the property owner in this transaction and we work for them to achieve the best possible price for their property which is something we continually succeed in doing.
You as the buyer would have been given the information we as the agent are expected and duty bound to provide
I can confirm after you pulled out from the sale we immediately secured a new buyer who went on to have the minor title issue resolved and completed the purchase.
I would say the fact you followed the advice of your over cautious lawyer cost you £1500 and if you had continued to purchase once told the issue could easily be resolved then this review would be somewhat different.
