Do not deal with this estate agent in any circumstances.
Prior to tenancy starting, moving in dates were unclear and as to work on the property, it was still ongoing on the moving in date.
When in the property the shocking customer service crossed the line into rudeness and ignorance, not treated like a customer paying a lot of money for their 'services' and keeping them in a job.
Rob and Josss made constant empty promises of furniture delivery up until now when it still hasn't been delivered, 2 months into the tenancy; for the first 3 weeks we even had to make do without curtains. All this in a supposedly 'furnished' house.
Minor maintenance issues which were reported instantly took an astounding amount of time to resolve. It seems like the business is sporadic and disorganised, mistakes are all too frequent.
The competence of the staff at this estate agents must be wholly questioned, as if they continue to perform as shockingly as they do, the business will receive no custom and i will laugh as it goes under.
