A while ago I rented out a property from Belvoir Lettings and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The person that dealt with me throughout my tenancy was Natasha and she was patronising and condescending towards me from the beginning to the end. Also be warned that their check-out meeting will take over an hour... and Natasha was even late for this so the landlord and I were hanging around for ages. Very unprofessional.

When I was living in the property it was also being managed by Belvoir and I felt like I was being ignored any time I had a problem. For example, a shower was unusable for NINE MONTHS and it took them until I moved out to rectify the problem. They are never willing to resolve things outside of 9am-5pm (never on weekends, obviously!) so when a working person needs them to visit the property they constantly expect YOU to take time off work to meet them at their convenience. Absolutely ridiculous for anyone with a full-time job!

I have tried my very best to be helpful throughout your tenancy and have always communicated with you to keep you updated about maintenance, on one occassion a contractor wanted to attend to fix the shower door but you couldnt be present due to work commitments. I offered to bring your periodic visit forward so that I could be present and to prevent you from taking any time off work.
We also state throughout the tenancy that if any maintenance needs carrying out, Contractors can attend with keys so that you do not have to be present.
I attended the move out and was 2 minutes late due to traffic, I apoligised for being late and also informed you before I commenced the move out that it would take around 1 hour to complete, you were more than happy to stay.
Move out's can take up to an hour especially when this particular property was a 3 Storey one and that care and attention is taken to ensure the property is returned in clean and good order, we like our properties to be ready and presentable for the new tenants as it was for you when you began your tenancy.
In the property there are 3 showers present, I am aware that you should have the use of all 3 however during the time it took to repair the shower door I asked you numerous times to provide me with the details so that I could pass these onto the manufacturers , I didnt hear from you for approximately 1 month which delayed getting the shower door repaired.
The shower door fault was brought to my attention on the first periodic visit I carried out and as soon as I was aware of this issue I informed the landlord and the landlord informed the contractors.
