i currently rent a property in knowle village nice house and the landlord seems a nice person met him once but the property management BEALS are not so good we had problems when we moved in, toilet would not flush properly we could not lock the front door reported problems and taken about 5 weeks in all to sort out the landlord was fine who owns house give the go a head but beals just seem to have left it until i threatened them with getting the council to do it and sending them the bill as soon as i did this they had some one out with in a week and no matter how many times i phone office they say they would phone me back they never do i have to always chase them and phone them its funny because when was first thinking about getting the property beals would phone me all the time especially when it came down to paying fees and sorting all out but as soon as that was done they dont seem to want to help any more or as little as they can its a shame really because they could be a good company if they just did what they say they was going to do

At the very least the staff could have treated me with more respect and not spoken to me in the way they have, I will be requesting all calls and taking this complaint further.
