I have been amazed at the service I got given that I paid upfront the full fees (significantly cheaper than the standard agent).
The photographer they sent over (within a week), was exceptionally good, used a proper camera, knew exactly what he was doing, and came up with 12 fantastic shots. Far better than the standard agents snaps with their small digital cameras.
There is more control yourself when you are selling via Emoov, so make sure you are specific as to your needs. The service in my experience was second to none.
All appointments were booked through Emoov, I just had to be there at the right time to show the flat. They always made sure I was happy with the appointment times. Everyone I spoke to always did what I requested.
Unfortunately my first sale fell through as the buyer pulled out due to her inability to get her funds. I should have been pushier with her from the beginning (something I guess a standard agent would have done). However, emoov was AMAZING at continuing to help try and sell my flat.
In the end, I requested one person to deal with things as she always sounded particularly professional on the phone. She got my sale through, always polite, always helpful.
The value for money on this site is AMAZING, well worth it, just remember, you have to be a little pushier yourself in finalising the sale to ensure all goes through well. I was SUPER impressed and would definitely recommend Emoov to others. Thank you very much team, especially Louise.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
