I called to see a specific property and register. I told them that I was supposed to give my landlord 30 days notice before moving out but was pretty sure I could reduce that term to two weeks. The agent said he wasn't sure he'd show me the property on the grounds that they wanted it occupied within two weeks. I pressed him, pointing out the landlord might agree to a slightly later offer for the right tenants, and he outright refused to show me the property.
Of course I've had agent recommend against viewing properties for various reasons- the amount of space, cleanliness, and desired move-in date. But no one's ever refused us. The agent was incredibly rude and convinced us not to register with them

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent was more flexible or even more professional and courteous in how he dealt with the situation, I would have considered registering with the company.Attached Filesnbsp;

The fact that we had to pay for a service is outrageous. Even after delaying our deposit return by two months they refused to let ME PAY for a CHAPS same day transfer. They then failed to raise a BACS transfer for another week.

Agency fees were'nt the issue, and senior management bend over backwards to help out. Giuseppe would rather see you bend over though, so he can have his way while you cough up your deposit.
