We had the misfortune of dealing with Chase Evans and particularly Nanak Singh a few months ago in the summer of 2014. The deal ended up falling through after we had given a £2,000 deposit to take the flat off the market. The reason the deal fell through is because they withheld information from us, which only came to light after they knew they had our deposit secure. If we had known this information, and they had been open and honest without hidding the facts, we would have NEVER handed over the money.

Nanak refused to give us back the deposit, and tried to cover up his negligence and lack of care with lies to his supervisors stating that he informed us (including our solicitor and mortgage broker) of all the necessary facts before we gave the deposit. This was a complete lie. It was only after doing research that I discovered Chase Evans is a registered member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) and it was obvious Nanak didnt follow the Code of Conduct. After months of fighting to get the deposit back, and many, many attempts of them trying to steal my deposit, the Head of Sales finally gave the money back as they knew they were in breach of their code of conduct. The way this was handled was completely unprofessional and not how you would expect an estate agency to act.

I would advise not going through this Estate Agency, as they clearly do not care about the value of their customers money or time, and seem to base their values on lies and decite. And if you have to for whatever reason, make sure you are aware of your rights as a customer, and their obligations as your estate agency. Read all about their code of coduct at www.tpos.co.uk.

this canary wharf agency people are very disgusting, they dont have moral values and they are shameless. They dont care about the customer situation and money, they need money thats it. I know Nanak he is very rude and careless he will not reply to calls mesaages....
